Mosquitos are coming from the septic system. Brandster driver not securing lid properly. Brandster have been spoken to about this.

19/3/24 Received management recommendations.
Spoken with pest control. They will be coming on to site to do an inspection 19/03/24 and suggest a course of action to manage issue.

POTHOLES/DAMAGE IN YARD

Potholes and damage in various areas of the yard, including: A loading area, main loading area, B area (road between main loading and back gate), Area between A and B, C area loading bay plus various small areas, and G area (rough road). Damaged grids (images supplied by Mark).

01/08/23 - Works are currently underway
07/07/23 - Contractor given purchase order to proceed with the work. Start date TBA.
26/04/23 - Quote received for recitification works.

TRUCKS DRIVING TOO FAST THROUGH B GRID AREA - DANGER TO FORKLIFTS

INFORMATION
Trucks are driving too fast through the B grid area, particularly the quarry trucks. This poses a danger of collision with the forklifts when they are reversing from the grids in this area, as their vision is sometimes impaired by brick stacks.
UPDATE
17/07/23 - One sign installed. To be monitored and 2nd sign will be installed if needed. 
Ben King mentioned issue with Mulgoa Quarries.
